Just names and descriptions, but I don't think I'm able to distribute?

Depends what the license for the Wiki is and where the Wiki got the data from.

If it's Paizo info, you might be able to distribute it under the Community Use Policy: https://paizo.com/community/communityuse

No, just a bunch of flavor items I added for a player who was making a drunken sailor character.
