Do we have an official Migration guide to a new computer: What files to copy: Thinking campaign, images, extensions, 3rd party modules ect..... Or just install and then copy everything over if both are the same version?

No guide that has been put together specifically for a new computer, but it's pretty straight forward. Just copy the correct/needed folders from inside the FG Data folder to the new computer. For most people this will be the 'campaigns' and 'extensions' folder. But you might also want to take portraits & tokens folders. But any that you have added data to should go. In fact, you can take everything but the vault and the cache folders as those will be rebuilt by FG when you run an update or join games as a player.
For a similar topic with details on the FG Data folder, you can see this post; https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forum...ampaign-to-FGU
